Homework for Week of June 5-9

Students should be choosing at least 2 afternoons during the week and one weekend day to do a whole session of xtramath.org with the Beat the Teacher section.  They can choose which nights they would like to go on and they can always do extra days.  It is very important for students to know their math facts.
Reminder:  Grandparents' Luncheon is June 5th at 12:50.

Students have all received their part for the play.  We will be practicing in school, but they should be practicing their lines and songs at home too.  Reminder:  Performance for school and parents is June 15th at 1:45.  Scripts should be kept in their homework binders so we can use them at school too.

Monday (Day 6):
Read for 15 minutes (Book Group Reading)
Math -  Sheet 5-7
S.S. - Review West states and capitals Sheet - quiz  next Tues

Tuesday (Day 1):
Read for 15 minutes (Book Group Reading)
Math -  Line Plot Sheet
S.S. - Review West states and capitals Sheet - quiz  next Tues

Wednesday (Day 2):
Read for 15 minutes
Math - Sheet 6-12
S.S. - West State Sheet - quiz  next Tues

Thursday (Day 3):

Read for 15 minutes
Math - xtramath
Field Day tomorrow - wear sneakers, water bottle, hat, bring change of clothes and towel in case you get wet (Where's Waldo theme)

Friday (Day 4):
Read for 30 minutes
Go on xtramath.org (If you are done you can choose iReady or ixl.com)
