Homework for Week of February 13-17

Students should be choosing at least 2 afternoons during the week and one weekend day to do a whole session of xtramath.org with the Beat the Teacher section.  They can choose which nights they would like to go on and they can always do extra days.  It is very important for students to know their math facts.

We are keeping the same spelling words as last week since there have been so many snow days.

Monday (Day 4):
Snow Day
Valentine's Day Cards if you want to bring them in tomorrow

Tuesday (Day 5):
Read for 15 minutes
Math - Area:  Division Strategies Sheet
Spelling -  Regular Sort and Record

Wednesday (Day 6):
Read for 15 minutes
Math - Division Fact Sheet
Spelling - Spelling City

Thursday (Day 1):
Read for 15 minutes
Math - Partial Quotient #1 Sheet
Spelling - Blind Sort and record

Friday (Day 2):
Read for at least 30 minutes over the weekend
