Erosion Experiments

We have been learning about erosion in our geology unit over the last two weeks.  Students have worked together to observe stream tables to test if the soil's slope has an impact on the amount of erosion.  We have also looked at what can happen when there's a flood.  This week we have learned ways erosion can be prevented.  Then students worked in groups to create a plan for preventing erosion and then worked together to test it using our stream tables.
