Homework for Week of 12-16

*Students should be going on xtramath.org at least two afternoons during the week and one day over the weekend

We are continuing book groups this week, so students should look at their calendars to  see when their group is meeting.  The days marked with pages or chapters should be read before they get to school.

We are also started our tomato experiment and doing observations.  All students should record their plant graph daily.  Students who are drawing pictures for their longer observations must observe on three days in addition to the first one we did in class. They should do these observations on May 6, 10, and 13.  Students who are taking photographs of their plants must do four in addition to the first one we did in class.  They should do these observations on May 5, 8, 11, 14.  

Monday (Day 3):

Read for 15 minutes
Math - 11-4 Sheet Evens Only

Study Vocabulary

Tuesday (Day 4):
Read for 15 minutes
Math -11-4 Sheet Odds Only
Science- Tomato Plant graph and drawings do longer observation

Wednesday (Day 5):
Read for 15 minutes

Math -  11-2 (2nd) Sheet

Science- Tomato Plant graph and photographs should do longer observation

Study Vocabulary-quiz Friday

Thursday (Day 6):
Read for 15 minutes
Math - 11-3 Apple Side of Sheet
Science - Create a cover for your Tomato plant project - due Monday
