Here is the color coded calendar for Encore classes:

Day 1: Music

Day 2: MakersSpace

Day 3: PE

Day 4: Art

Day 5: Library

Day 6: PE

Homework for Week of Aug 29

I will try to post our weekly homework on either Sunday or Monday each week and update as needed throughout the week.  The students each have their own assignment books in their homework notebooks.  I have told the students if something doesn't match what is written on the blog they should call their homework buddy (phone numbers listed in the back of their assignment book). Occasionally, I have a meeting after school and will be unable to update the list of assignments.

Monday (Day 1):
Read for 15 minutes
Write a letter to Miss Beauchesne introducing yourself.  The letter should be at least 2 paragraphs long.
Give parents forms and start collecting supplies

Tuesday (Day 2):
Read for 15 minutes
Bring back any forms or supplies
Writing:  Start collecting photographs, pictures from magazines, stickers, etc to decorate writers notebooks (due Thursday)

Wednesday (Day 3):
Read for 15 minutes
Math - addition sheet
Bring back any forms or supplies
Writing:  Start collecting photographs, pictures from magazines, stickers, etc to decorate writers notebooks (due tomorrow)

Thursday (Day 4):
Math- get signed in to xtramath using the letter sent home
Read for 15 minutes
Bring back any forms or supplies

Friday (Day ):
No School

Students should be going on xtramath.org at least two afternoons during the week and one day over the weekend.

Monday (Day 4 ):

Read for 15 minutes

Tuesday (Day 5 ):
Read for 15 minutes

Wednesday (Day 6):
Read for 15 minutes

Stratham Hill Park- tomorrow - wear sneakers (we will be walking on the trails to the park), sunscreen, and bring a water bottle with your name on it.  Remember to bring a snack and lunch.  You may bring games, crafts, and sports equipment, but no electronics.

US Geography

Thank you to all the parents and families who came to see our "US Geography" play today and for helping the students learn their lines and songs.  They did an awesome job!!!!

Here are a few important upcoming dates for 4B:

June 6th 12:50-1:25 - Grand Luncheon (recess 1:25-1:45)

June 8th at 1:45 - 4B and 4MH's "US Geography" play in cafeteria

June 9th at 1:45 - Field Day (fourth grade has purple as our color)

June 13th at 3:15 - Library Reception for  families to celebrate retiring staff

June 16 9:00-2:00ish - Fourth Grade at Stratham Hill Park

June 17 Last day of school
